• Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase

• Original store receipt must be presented for a return or exchange

• Items must be unused, with tags, contain all original packaging and accessories

Following cannot be returned / exchanged

• Item without store receipt

• Jewelry

• Broken items

• Opened items such as henna, Tattoos

• Gift cards

• Return on festive items will not be accepted after the festival
